Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description, it is not included. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


In the unlikely event that an individual item is unavailable we will contact you to arrange a substitute product with a similar item of equal or greater value or provide a refund for the value. If you do not want us to do this please state this in the comments section during checkout.


Delivery charge for Sydney metro is $7.95 per parcel, restricted to 25 kgs. If your order exceeds this weight, there may be an extra charge which we will discuss with you. Please consider splitting your purchase into two or more separate orders, inorder to work around the weight restrictions. All delivery charges and estimated time of delivery outside Sydney metro region can be referred to in our delivery information. Please note there is no delivery after hours, weekend and public holidays. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Please refer to our delivery terms.
Phone orders made are the customer responsibility and we do our best to understand your requirements, although information given to our customer service team is confirmed. It is the your responsibility to verify information given, we are not liable for changes after transaction has been made.
Via website, please check your order carefully. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed or if your goods are returned and needs to be redelivered, it will incur additional delivery fees.


Occasionally your parcel will be returned to us for one of the following reasons: (1) a calling card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange re-delivery, or (2) The recipient is not known at that address or has moved, or (3) Recipient’s address details are incorrect or insufficient. In this case, we will inform you via email within three working days of the parcel being returned to us. Please reply to the email for re-delivery arrangements as we will not responsible for anything if we don’t receive any reply after a week of email notification being sent. Re-delivery fee will be applied to facilitate the delivery of the parcel to the same or an alternative address. We are not responsible if you have provided a wrong address or if the order is not returned to us.


Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 15 days. Asian Food Pantry conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service to our customers. We have chosen to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, goods are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your goods.
